Tomcat does not require you to deploy the application under its webapps
folder.
It can be ouside of TOMCAT_HOME subdirectory and the path included in the
server.xml context entry.
Where should the jar files be?
I would put the commonly used jar files in the "higher visibility" folder
thats read by the Tomcat's class loader and would avoid repetition.
(common/lib folder)
