JMS Transport Missing in Axis 1.2 Beta Axis.jar

Hello,

The classes in:
org/apache/axis/transport/jms
exist in the source but are not in axis.jar in Axis 1.2 Beta distribution.

Is there a reason behind this or is it just missing from the jar file in
error?
