Hi Anne,
Can you explain your suggestion? i couldn't understand it.Do you mean that i 
must write a handler on client and server side? And Can you give me a little 
example that handles Soap Header?

I think the mustUnderstand error is occurring on your client. Have you
configured a handler to processes this header on return messages in your
client?

hi,
i can do sending and receiving soap messages correctly  but when i want to
set "mustUnderstand=true" attribute of SoapHeader axis engine throws an
exceptipon.
This exception is at the server side but soap response from server is
correct and there is no soap fault in the message.
