I have created a jar file of all the classes in my project and put  it in the axis/web-inf/lib folder and it finds the classes fine. I use a managers properties file to declare all db info. How do I tell axis to access it?   I getting null pointer exceptions at the moment when I try running my client.   Thanks Suzy
