What're the security reasons ?
Then, how do you deploy your web services to the server ? You may be using "org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient". This tool uses the same interface.
It means that the tool works only at the server side as the default setting due to the security reason. Is that not enough for you ?

This looks very nice, but I don't think it helps me with my problem. Unless you've changed SOAPMonitor drastically it needs to connect to the special service in the server. The clients I'm working with do not have that access to the server, for obvious security reasons.
