Log4j - Problems

Is there anybody out there who can tell me why I get following exception when either running Java2WSDL or WSDL2Java:   log4j: WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.axis.i18n.ProjectResourceBundle) log4j: WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly   I have a log4j.properties file in the \lib-folder along with the axis.jar containing WSDL2Java and Java2WSDL   What am I missing?
