Okay, mostly done.
All that's left is for Matt to create a KEYS file in
/www/www.apache.org/dist/axkit/ (on minotaur) with his public key in it
so folks can use the .asc file to verify the download (here's an

Past that, all redirects, symlinks, new dirs, etc. are all set. We
should be showing up on the Apache mirrors in the next 24 hours.
