Hey Folks,
The Apache licence has now officially changed to the 2.0 version and we need to update our stuff accordingly. I say we take the opportunity to round up bugsfixes and other patches and get them ci'd in preperation for a new release.

Also, Matt, can you *please* change the download link on axkit.org to point to the ASF mirrors, or, if we still want to make things other than AxKit available from that link, can we put up an intermediate page that points users to the mirrors for the main AxKit dist and the local dir for addons/dependencies?
