Hi,

I am currently trying to implement a new Language Module for AxKit,
based on A::A::L::PassiveTeX. It uses the jade wrapper script to
transform docbook source into the various formats openjade supports.

It proofed to be useful to write out a 'Content-Disposition' header to
help UAs which rely on the file-suffix.
( i.e. when 'adocbook.xml?style=rtf' is requested, ask the browser
to handle it as 'adocbook.rtf' )

While this works fine for the first delivery, it doesn't when served
from cache. As i understand, AxKits cache has means to store the
content-type, but no way to "know" about such headers.

Would a extension of cache functionality via a special AxCacheModule
for this cases be a solution general enough?

Have there already been thoughts in this direction?

regards,
hansjoerg
