Could you please all take a quick look at http://svn.apache.org/repos/test/xml/axkit/ - this is the standard migration style, and looks right to me, but maybe I've missed something - if so let me know ASAP.
If all goes well we'll be migrated this week. And then we'll migrate the mailing list too.
