Ugh. I'm going to need a comprehensive test suite for all things relative
using LibXSLT/LibXML, that means:
Files that have DTD's.
XSLT's that use include/import.
XSLT's that use document().
XSLT's that use document() on files with DTDs
And combinations of the above.
Patches welcome, I'm not fixing anything until I get some sort of test
suite in place, and that won't happen before 1.5 unless someone else does
it. Sorry.
