I'd grab a copy of log_accum from Apache.  It's had considerabily more
love and attention than the log.pl file in cvs's contrib dir.

The thing that's really odd, however, is that ext:ssh is more or less
the exact same as being on the box locally.  ::shrug:: Try an updated
script and see if that helps.  -sc
