I added that just now in that specific location for amusement (not that
it wasn't loaded before) ... And I have the same effect.

Has anyone installed apache from scratch, then axkit and gotten this to
work? I assume everyone else has numerous packages in their mix as well.

The same problem exists for the ASP example from the provider howto
