I have Apache/ActivePerl installed, with the mod_perl version from the
theoryx5 repository. When I try perl Makefile.PL with AxKit, it wants
'nmake' to check for iconv.
I don't have nmake, which I presume is MS VC++? Is there a seperate
utility for that like GNU make?
