Maybe others can answer this difinitively. I included them in my XML content. 
My guess would be from a fairly cursory look at the modules that a 
StyleChooser could be designed that would get them from the Apache conf or 
.htaccess file.

I guess I am not the right guy to ask about that either really, but I think 
that once again you can do so with a StyleChooser. Maybe it just depends on 
the media type?
