I think this is actually a bug with AxKit. Looks like the file is
forcibly re-loaded every time it's accessed, since i now get this in my
log every time I hit a page:

[Wed Sep 17 15:33:54 2003] Processors.pm: Subroutine handler redefined
at /scripts/Processors.pm line 5.
