I'm experiencing the same weirdness. Until I find a logical
solution, I'm changing my <xsl:include/> entities in wiki.xsl:

<xsl:include href="file:///home/bass/www/htdocs/style/xsl/pod.xsl"/>
<xsl:include href="file:///home/bass/www/htdocs/style/xsl/wikitext.xsl"/>

...etc. This seems to clear things up for now.
