Classic scenario: I try it for days without success. Ask in maillist and get it solved by myself within hours. It was a problem of that Debian upgrade 5.8.2/5.8.3 mixture. I had to force reinstalling some libs, this time beginning with CPANPLUS, including reconfiguring. Then reinstall everything as described in axpoint.axkit.org, all with force. Now it works again.
