Hi mbak Shanti.. Salam kenal ya..:) Sebenarnya, setahu saya..utk burn injury alias luka bakar..pertolongan pertama ialah membilas luka bakar itu di air mengalir at least sampai 15-30 menit. Tujuannya utk menghentikan proses pembakaran yg bisa berlanjut sampai ke kulit bagian yg lebih dalam.
Tindakan-tindakan mengoleskan odol, kecap ataupun mentega, justru semakin memperparah kondisi luka bakar tersebut dan bisa terkena infeksi. Obat-obatan yang diperlukan pada luka bakar, terutama bila permukaan kulit terbuka, adalah anti infeksi yang diberikan secara oles/topikal untuk mencegah kemungkinan terinfeksi. Dengan catatan bila terjadi pelepuhan, jangan dipecahkan. Kalau putrinya mengalami pelepuhan, sebaiknya dibawa ke dokter saja mbak..:-) Supayaterhindari dari infeksi..
