Mba, Iya kebetulan aku emang Monica yg mba maksud,,,hehehe Aku mohoooon banget mba sempet2in deh meres ASI di kantor,berapapun hasilonya. Itu penting bgt supaya ASI terus berproduksi. Karena ASI kan sistemnya Supply-Demand.
Sayang bgt loh kalo pake formula.... Maaf ya,aku bisa ngomong gini karena baru abis ikut konsultasi ASI,jadi sedikit banyak ngerti kerugiannya pake formula. Tapi semua balik ke masing2 orang sih ya... Cuma kalo bisa sih,paling tidak sempetin mompa/ meres ASI minimal 2 kali sehari di kantor...paling cuma 10 menit...kan bisa disaat lunch... Maaf ya kalo ga berkenan...
