Lam kenal Bunda Elov, Sama seperti mbak Henny, saya juga pasang spiral yang untuk jangka waktu 5 tahun tapi type apa saya lupa (maklum dulu ditawarin ada beberapa tipe & harga.. hehehe) Saya pun, seperti saran dokter & bbrp teman yg dah pengalaman, pasang spiralnya di hari2 terakhir haid, jdnya darah yang keluar sudah ga terlalu banyak, shg kitanya ga terlalu risih sih. Seperti mbak Henny bilang, spiral dipasang ketika kita sedang haid karena pada saat itu mlut rahim kita sedang terbuka & otot2nya sedang 'lemas' jadi bisa mengurangi rasa sakit saat spiral dipasang. Tapi sebenarnya sih setelah saya jalani, ga sakit kok mbak, asal kitanya rileks aja & pasrah deh (saya bayangin hal2 yang enak2 aja,,hehe), sebentar banget prosesnya kok. Ga usah malu sm dokter & perawat, buat mereka itu hal rutin aja, la wong mereka dulu juga yang obok2 perut kita kan (saya dulu SC sih, tapi sering banget periksa dalam..) Memang sih saya pas pertama kali mo pasang spiral juga deg2an, tp sama spt mbak, dp bocor minum pil ya mendingan pasang spiral deh yang buat lebih amannya :-p Semoga bisa sedikit membantu memperkuat keberanian bunda elov yaa..
