kalo pengalamanku... minum VCO (1 sendok makan, sekali sehari)..bisa ngelancarin BAB. trus mengobati panas dalem. katanya sih juga bisa membantu menurunkan koleterol...syukur2 bisa untuk diet juga hehehe itu pengalamanku lho.. ga tau dengan moms yang lain
