Dear Mewi, Saya malah baru seminggu dapet suster baru :) di SPK dan MoU nya mereka tetap berhak dapat cuti dan THR sebesar 50% dari gaji terakhir. tapi semua itu bisa kita negosiasikan ke susternya langsung, kebetulan aku udah nego, untuk cuti lebaran (sebanyak 9 hari), dia tetep dapet, tapi gak pas hari lebarannya, tapi diundur sampe January tahun depan. dan untuk THR, dari Yayasannya tidak mewajibkan kita untuk memberi THR mengingat masa kerja masih sangat baru. tapi mungkin bisa kita ambil prorata aja mbak, misal : masa kerja : 3 bulan Gaji/bulan : Rp. 100,000 THR : 3/12 x Rp. 100,000 = Rp. 25,000
