Ada beberapa cara Mba; 1. Hangatkan diair hangat yang mengalir. Jika dirumah pas tersedia. 2. Rendam di wadah yang isi air hangat. Rajin ganti airnya biar tetap hangat. 3. Rendam di alat penghangat.. Saya pakai merk (Te*no Baby) suhunya bisa kita atur ga tlalu panas/dingin. Intinya 1001 cara demi ASI X asal ASInya gadirebus/dididihkan sayang antibodynya..
