Anak saya dhanis 2 tahun 2 bln,bgn tdr jam 7,minum susu 210cc,sarapan lengkap nasi sup ayam/daging,telur/tofu,sayuran,seminggu 2x udah preschool,siang tidur jam 12 atau jam 13 tergantung kegiatan lamanya bisa 2jam,lunch jam 2an menu nasi lauk pauk lkp,dinner jam 7,menu nasi lauk pauk lkp,susu bisa 4-5x tergantung mood dia,diantara cemilan bisa yogurt atau biskuit,malam bobo jam 9,ga saya biasain tdr mlm,klo ga mau tdr kita (pura2)tdr dlan dia pasti ikutin,oya tb nya 93cm bb nya 19,5kg Hope this helps..
