Tp hal ini jg dilihat per-kasus. Jd tergantung kondisi bumil sendiria2. Kalo yg panggulnya kecil otomatis cesar lagi (kecuali kalo anaknya lebih kecil dari lingkar panggul baru boleh normal). Jadi kalo mang uda 2th coba konsul ke dokternya boleh ga utk lahir normal, tapi utk hamil lagi uda boleh ko.
