Sbnrnya bukan di blok, karena yg bisa membuat laporan ke pihak RIM BlackBerry hanya operator yg mempunyai layanan BES/BIS, kita sebagai pengguna hanya bs membuat laporan ke operator bersangkutan, jd RIM tdk bs menerima laporan perorangan.
Yang paling mungkin terjadi cuma pin clone aja, jadi pin handheld kita dikloning dgn handheld yg sdh suspended. Semoga membantu.
