Kebetulan nih,aku juga kl hamil ngga bisa minum su2 u/ ibu hamil (semua merk 
dah dicoba),pasti muntah. Trus dsog langgananku bilang,ngga pa2,kita minum vit 
yg u/ ibu hamil spti asam folat,dll juga sm fungsi&manfaatnya.akhirnya su2nya 
sy ganti dg su2 kedelai atau su2 sapi biasa.

 Waktu ngidamnya agak parah,mkn/minum apa saja pasti muntah,saya minum protein 
powder dari am*ay. Rasanya sih kurang enak,tp mualnya lumayan berkurang.

Kl komposisi su2 pren*ge* kayanya sih bgs aja,lengkap kok.

Minum teh hangat yg ngga terlalu manis juga bisa mengurangi mual (warna tehnya 
jg terlalu tua),mkn buah apel,pir jg bisa membantu.
