Mbak Nia ... Aku jg pernah ngalamin kaya gitu. Ngga aku apa2in selain dioles sama air susunya aja. Level kekuatan sedot pompanya aku set ke paling rendah sampe menengah. Jadi putingnya ga terlalu kuat kesedot. Kalo aku, hasil pompa yang masih ada campuran darahnya aku buang. Insya Allah 1 atw 2 hari udah sembuh. Atw, diperah manual pake tangan dulu aja.
