Aku udah coba resep serabi 2x, sayangnya kok gagal terus ya. Hasil akhir selalu bantet & ga muncul pori2 kaya serabi biasanya gitu. Bahannya : 250gr tepung beras, 60gr tepung terigu, 600ml santan, 100gr kelapa parut & sedikit garam. Metodenya : tepung beras, santan diaduk rata, didiamkan 30min, trus campur terigu & garam & kelapa parut. Wajan dipanasin (api keciiiilll banget) trus dituang 1 sendok sayur. Tapi hasil akhirnya bagian bawah udah gosong, tengah & atasnya masih aja basah. Apa karena pake kompor gas? Moms punya resep & metode bikin serabi yang anti gagal ga? Tolong di-share dong moms... penasaran nih pengen coba sendiri, soalnya suka banget ma serabi.
