lp:libindicate.

This change removes linking pyglib explicitly. The currently used code is
broken on Arch Linux, because Arch Linux has libpyglib-2.0-python2 instead of
libpyglib-2.0-python2.7 (the latter one is produced by $PYTHON_VERSION
variable).
I tested this change on Arch Linux, and it seems that builds without problems.
So I ask to make this change if possible.
