Valid Point, I think once the core features have landed niggling user
interaction issues such as these will be addressed.

It's something small here, and could be worth a wishlist bug report on
the sound menu, but it also could lead to specs about the appearance and
the behavior of all those new menu items that are coming to our
desktops.
