He leaves his wife of 54 years Guilhermina (correia )Ponte. born and raised in St. Miguel the Azores,son of the late Amelia correia Ponte and Jacinta.Manuel has resided in Hudson since 1975. He was employed as a Dye Caster at Hudson Lock. He was a member of St. michaelsparish in Hudson. Besides his wife he leaves three sons, Jorge,Jose and Manuel of Hudson.
