Perhaps there is a connection but right now I am trying to get into the Estrela records with this family. Once I find the first record it should be easy to take it back and find a connection. This CCA passport information confirms that I am looking in the right place. Have you been able to get any more information about Marianno? I think you said your aunt an uncle had his marriage certificate that might give us more information. Also do you have any idea as to when he traveled from the Acores? Maybe I can get lucky on the CCA website. It also has the ship Suffok.
