Ebay has two book, The Portuguese in California by August Mark Vaz selling for $9.99 and Carlos Almeida's book, Portuguese Immigrants (about the UPEC Fraternal Org. ) $24 for anyone who has been looking for these two books they give a nice history of the Portuguese in CA and the Fraternal Organizations UPEC and IDES.
