Nicole, The research sources in the Dartmouth/New Bedford area are very good. First-off, the Mormon Family History Center in South Dartmouth (at which list member George Pacheco volunteers) has a fairly extensive collection of Azorean microfilmed records. The New Bedford Public Library has an outstanding genealogy collection. I was able to get some very good information on my New Bedford relatives. Good luck. John Vasconcelos
