Cheri, I only did lesson one. I think it would be helpful to someone who is trying to read and understand the written words in a document. Personally, I have done very little of that. When I look at a record and phonetically sound out loud each word, I can remember words from my grandmother's Portuguese and get the drift of what is written. For someone who cannot use the "hints" I use, this lesson is good for answering questions that have been asked about what, why, etc. words change.
