Hi Linda,

You can try checking all of the baptismal records (Baptismos) for the
freguesias that are listed - Agua do Pau, Cabouco, Rosario, and Santa Cruz (if
you don't know the village).  After you click ver next to baptismos for the
particular village, then there are dates you can click on.  For Agua do Pau
they start in 1652 and end in 1905.  If the date is between 1890 and 1899, for
example, click on 1890 to see that group of records.  Then click on
SMLAGAPB1890-1899_JPG under Master and you can scroll through the whole
book/list of names.  You can also click on the individual pages listed
underneath that.  Hope that helps,

Kristina

I am new to this board.  I am trying to find out where I can do more research
on my family.

I went to http://pg.azores.gov.pt - clicked  under Lagoa and click on ver and I
am not sure what to do next
.
I tried entering Nuna Maria (also Joseph Jose) DeCambra or DeCamara or without
the De - he was from San Miguel Azores

I also tried entering Maria Augusta Victorino St. Michael Island, Azores but I
am not sure what to do next.

I would appreciate any help or information on this matter.  Linda Drake Johnson
