"Passaportes" from Sao Miguel are online here.  You need to know their names
in the Azores and you'll need to be able to read a little Portuguese. Both
1907 and 1914 can be found here:
http://pg.azores.gov.pt/drac/cca/ig/passaportes/default.aspx?divisao=3

Hopefully you have the freguesias, otherwise, you'll find many people with
your ancestors' names.
