The record No- 0214 reads as follows:

Francisco Tavares son of Manuel Fragoso and Barbara de Sam (Sao)
Andre. He was baptised in (N. he left out the N) Senhora da Conceycao
(Conceicao) cidade de Angra, Ilha de Terceira married on Oct 3, 1733,
to Maria de Pimentel filha de Joseph Correa, defunto, (deceased) and
Theresa de Frias baptised in NS do Rosario. Fragoso is a common name
in Sao Miguel, in Lagoa and other places, so look there before you
look in Angra, Terceira, for Francisco's parents. It could simply be
that he was only baptised in Terceira and not necessarily from that
island.
