Cheri, you're correct; FTM will allow for multiple marriages. It won't show actively if you are looking at the marriage relationship of the second spouse, but it is there and will show in reports that are printed.
The bottom portion will show something similar to a button indicating that one of the two people on the screen has had more than one marriage/spouse.
