Does anyone have information on this couple: Manuel Afonso e Maria de Paiva? They were the parents of Maria de Paiva married to Anacleto Pacheco of Fenais da Ajuda (former Fenaes de Vera Cruz) in N. Sra. da Estrela, Matriz da Ribeira Grande, 4th of february, 1741? They are my 9th grandparents (Anacleto Pacheco, dos Fenais da Ajuda, casou na Matriz da Ribeira Grande, a 4.2.1741, com Maria de Paiva, filha de Manuel Afonso e Maria de Paiva.)
