Colleen, Look again. The URL takes you to the Rootsweb site (sponsored by Ancestry.com - and Ancestry has a banner at the top of the page). You scroll just a little bit down the page and you will see the addresses.
As to things that keep moving around....try clearing your cache or cookies?? Maybe someone with more computer expertise knows about that one.
