I stayed at Hotel Colegio. They have a large breakfast every morning included in the price of the room. It is in the heart of Ponta Delgada. A charming 1800's hotel. We paid 50 euro per night but we stayed almost two weeks. It is a short walk to the Biblioteca. We loved it. The folks there were great.
