Vicki,

The 1920 Brooklyn Twp. Oakland, Alameda County, CA census says they came to
US 1890. Their first child Joseph is listed as born ca 1892 in CALIFORNIA.
According o this it looks like they came to CA first and were either
married when they came or married in CA. Then the other children Mary 25,
Rosie 23, Alfred 22, August 19 and Antonio are all listed as born in
Honolulu HI. I have tried to find Ambrozina, as her name is unusual and
easiest to find, in 1900/1910 censuses but so far no luck as I am sure they
massacred their spellings in the indexes. I had to go to FHC site to
find them in 1920 census so I have no idea how Ancestry has it spelled in
their index. Ambrozina is in 1940 census in Alameda County CA living with
her son. I will keep looking as I have time fort their ship's manifest as
if I can find these, they you should be able to find them on CCA site. I
think Joao Ventura might be able to give you some assistance for them also
as I have an idea they came to US ca 1890 from Sao Miguel.
