Seriously, I would think that someone accidentally messed up. I don't know how, as I thought the records were read back to them. On your ancestor, Anna...collect all of her siblings to see what they list the mother as. The mother was not always present at the baptism back in the day, so if someone guessed at her surname, there you have it.
