I know what you mean.  Keep me in mind when you do. On one Brum/Brown line 
I show a Peter and Fredee Brum in the 1880 Provincetown, Barnstable 
Massachusetts census.  Could be the parents of my Frank/Fransicso Silveira 
Brum/Brown from Fayal, but I can't confirm if they are the correct parents 
as I don't find them on another other census after 1880.  Robin Borba
