I didn't know he was the tronco for Aguiar in Terceira.

I made a note about #2 being a slave owner, but didn't get specific. I remember looking for his children and found a baptism where he owned a slave.

      2. Antonio Ferreira de Aguiar was born in Vila Nova. He died before May 1657 in Vila Nova. He married Beatriz Alvares on 3 Feb 1613 in Praia.[1]

      3. Beatriz Alvares died before 28 May 1657.

      4. Antão Ferreira de Aguiar married Beatriz Gonçalves.[2]

      8. João Ferreira de Aguiar was born in living in Quatro Ribeiras. He married Catarina Fernandes.

      9. Catarina Fernandes  was born in Agualva.

 

Fifth Generation

      16.      João de Aguiar was born in living in Quatro Ribeiras. He died died after 12 Mar 1548.[1]

Hello Everyone:  I need some help in trying to read a marriage on 3 Feb 1613, in Santa Cruz, Praia da Victoria, Terceira, Azores.  I tried to scan and email it to all on the list, but it came out too dark.
