Jose M, The Centro de Conhecimento dos Acores (CCA) is slowly putting the records online. What you saw at the arquivo isn't 100% online yet. I think this project has been going on about 10 or more years now.
They are currently putting on Faial and the councils of S. Miguel. S. Miguel is going online in alphabetical order. Rosto do Cao is in the council of Ponta Delgada, which is going online now. Unless they decide to come to a halt for whatever reason. Sometimes the CCA does weird things though. The search fields say Ilha, Concelho, Freguesia. But on some,they don't list the freguesia, they list the church. So for Rosto de Cao, you will look under Livramento (online) or Sao Roque (not online...they are up to Sao Jose). Hope this helps.
