I see nothing wrong with this way. I recommend that you spell out and not use abbreviations as you have done. The thing is to be as consistent as possible in entering locations and follow the same format.
City, County, State, Country. Because there are several locations in the Azores with the same name I include the Island as part of the state (i.e. Sao Miguel, Acores). I use The Master Genealogist for my software and it includes Address and Detail with the location. I used to use FTM 2010 and found out when using a GEDCOM to move my data to TMG the Description line ends up as a note. So I recommend to not use the description line.
